Where possible we suggest venues to minimise travel for delegates but maximises impact through the effective use of hotel facilities. As agents we can often negotiate excellent rates and conditions for customers.

Having selected the venue we work with customers to design the ideal stage set, sound system, lighting and creativity to gain maximum effect form the available budget.

We utilise the latest in energy saving equipment, particularly through the use of LED lighting, to make events as carbon neutral as possible.

It's the attention to detail that matters and we will help with suggestions in the use of warm-up sessions, interactivity, the way presentations are delivered, the use of Chairmen or hosts, stage layout and visual aids to name but a few ideas.
