Many customers like to look after the detail of events themselves others enjoy the luxury of asking Parker Communications to look after all of the details for them. We can locate and book the venue and provide all transport and transfers as required.
We provide room dressing, specialist lighting, table decorations, table and chair dressing, red carpets, casino’s, cabaret (singers, dancers, comedians, bands, etc) guest presenters, menu selection, wine selection, briefing of hotel staff, VIP rooms, trophy selection and engraving, caricaturists and whole event management package including stage management of the main event itself.
Many of our clients only organise one major event per year and whilst they find the opportunity very exciting they often don’t have the time or experience to dedicate the hours needed to deliver a fantastic event.
