The scheme is explained by Managing Director of Parker Communications, Mick Parker:

"A typical conference set including stage set, back projection, lighting, sound, graphics and technicians to run the event can be very affordable. To prove this we are working with Hintlesham Hall to provide these fantastic facilities and leave them in place for one week. This means that we can offer audio visual facilities for vastly reduced rates.

Full stage set, projection, rostra, lectern, sound system, lapel & hand held microphones and full AV technician support for the day costs only £460.00. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
